First: One or two referees will arrive about 90 minutes before the actual start time of the birthday party or event. At this time, we will introduce ourselves, blow up the bunkers, collect the waivers and create a plan to turn your yard space into a "battlefield."
Second: The best location for the "graveyard" will be selected. The graveyard is where the players will wait for the next game after they have been "killed." The graveyard should be large enough for a lot of players to hang out and is where the host should have refreshments. At this time, we will also point out any areas that are unsafe for playing.
Third: At the birthday party or event start time, we will get all of the players together and start the briefing. During this time, we will go over how the laser tag guns work, the safety rules, boundaries of the battlefield, objectives of the first game and questions from anyone. We will then, choose the teams and send team to their respective base. The players will wait at their base until the start of the first game which will be signaled by a whistle.
Fourth: After a team has won, we will gather all of the players together and begin the instructions for the next game. The players guns are reactivated and they are sent back to their team base. The whistle is blown and the next game is started.
******* The average number of games in an one hour period is four. After the games have been played, the players will turn in their equipment and will continue on with the requests of the party host.
